Made with Cellina olives. The Cellina is a vigorous plant with a light bark and pendulous fruit twigs. The leaves are dark green in the upper part and silvery gray in the lower part.
Color: Rich and supple yellow with greenish reflections
Taste: The perfect harmony of fruit and vegetable flavors, with noticeable hints of almonds, tomatoes, and berries, endows this oil with a spicy and persistent taste enriched by a pleasantly bitter aftertaste.
Excellent in the prevention of cardiovascular disorders it is rich in anti-cholesterol and anti-oxidant elements, such as monounsaturated acid fats, tocopherol and beta-carotene.
Made with Cima di Melfi olives. The Cima di Melfi plant was introduced in Puglia over 50 years ago. The height of the plant is contained, the foliage is expanded and thick: this facilitates the harvesting of the drupes directly from the plants, to the advantage of the quality of the oil obtained.
Color: Emerald green
Taste: Rich and flavored by the aroma of green fruits, it also features a slightly spicy aftertaste.
Its unique characteristics result in a very high-quality oil endowed with an elevated percentage of oleic acid (Omega 9 family) and beta-sitosterol, highly effective in the fight against bad cholesterol and prostatic hypertrophy.
